Mira has represented claimants in hundreds of administrative hearings throughout Ohio, where she has been instrumental in helping the firm secure many victories. Mira has successfully litigated numerous cases before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
Civic Involvement
Mira is a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. She has also lobbied on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. for the rights of the disabled. Mira previously practiced Social Security Disability law at the Department of Health & Human Services. During her third year of law school, she actively participated in the Elder Law Clinic and represented disability claimants pursing benefits.
