Gary was hurt on the job and originally filed for Workers’ Compensation. While going through the Workers’ Compensation process, he found it didn’t work the way he expected it to. Gary called Balin Law for help. Here is Gary’s experience:

Why did you file for disability benefits?

“I was hurt on the job and originally filed for workers comp and it didn’t work out the way I expected it to. I tried to keep working but the problem just kept getting worse and worse and I couldn’t work anymore. Mainly, I suffered from back issues, which was hindering me from working as I was in a lot of pain.”

Why did you hire Balin Law?

“Their building in Mentor is conveniently located near my house and I had always passed it on my way to work. I stopped into their office to ask about disability benefits and the receptionist said that is what they solely do.”

What was your favorite thing about working with Paulette Balin?

“Paulette listened to everything I had to say about my problems. She backed me 100% and when we went for the final evaluation, she was there with me and things worked out in my benefit.”

Anything else you’d like to add?

“I just can’t say enough good about Paulette. She did what she was supposed to do and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have recommended her to several friends because my experience was just so good with Paulette. I’ve even referred my wife as she fell at the doctor’s office. I have so much confidence in Paulette and her firm.”
